Aerial Yoga Instructor, Sound Therapist, Reiki Master
Cassie
Cassie completed training with Amore Yoga in 2020 and Lotus Moon at SoderWorld in 2021. Her classes are a fusion of gentle grounding poses and playful inversions designed to stretch the body and decompress the spine. Cassie creates an inclusive and joyful atmosphere, making aerial yoga accessible to practitioners of all levels. Certified in sound therapy through Yolanda Healing Hearts in 2018, Cassie weaves the transformative power of sound into her classes. Using singing bowls, rainsticks, and chimes, she introduces soothing sounds that elevate the aerial yoga experience. Her sound journeys offer a holistic and immersive practice, creating a harmonious space for relaxation and self-discovery. Cassie is also a Reiki Master Level 3 and crystal healing certified.

Jason
A true qigong enthusiast, Jason has devoted over two decades to personal practice. The flowing movements and breathwork of qigong have become an integral part of his daily routine, contributing to his overall well-being and centeredness. As a Reiki Master Teacher, he channels healing energy with expertise and compassion. Certified in Healing Qigong™️ 200hr TT and Vocal Sound Healing, Jason seamlessly integrates ancient practices with modern techniques to guide individuals toward balance and vitality. Jason is also certified in crystal healing, and RYT 200 Yoga Sculpt.
